NEW Google Calendar integration
The OnCall Emergency Contact platform now integrates with Google Calendar. Events and appointments can be set ahead of time to deliver a voice call or SMS message at a particular time and day.

Multiple login accounts for your system
Each account with OnCall Emergency Contact can create a number of login's so that there is redundancy at your school. If someone is away, another person may login with their account details so there is no loss in the ability to quickly send voice, sms or email notifications.

Voice calls - Better than SMS
In emergency situations, a voice message can be quickly recorded by dailing into our S.E.N.D voice message recorder, or voice messages can be pre-recorded for increased speed of notifications.

With our RIN (recorder identification number) integration, there is no need to search through files and folders for your message, it is instantly associated with the new notification.

KNOW who has heard your message with Voice Calls - each call requires a response from the recipient on their keypad.

SMS
The Emergency Contact platform is capable of delivering bulk SMS messages at the click of a button. Each SMS sent returns a confirmation of delivery to ensure that even with SMS you can be assured that the message is delivered.

Bulk SMS are a great way of delivering quick reminders to parents and staff about important upcoming events, such as parent teacher interviews, sports days, theatrical productions or anything else that needs a quick reminder.

Email
Our comprehensive contact system has email integration to enable you to send any type of notification quickly, and easily all from the one place. Email is a great way to have a back up method of contact if a voice call fails to reach an individual.

Group management
Our advanced Group Manager is the best way to ensure that the right people receive the right message. There is no limit to the number of goups that you can create. For example, a Year 2 group can be created so that in the event of a excursion cancellation, you can quickly notify all the parents of the change. Or if you have two campuses, the parents of high school students can be notified without a message being delievered to the unaffected Primary school campus.
